Ashley + John | Llano Estacado Winery Wedding

I met Ashley and John way back last year when I attended the Lubbock Bridal Event. Soon after, they booked me for their Llano Estacado wedding and I hated waiting so long to photograph their day! Luckily we got to meet up for their engagement session in the spring at Texas Tech University. During that time I got to understand their personalities and a little bit of their love story.

I quickly realized that Ashley and John can easily rock those super serious, dramatic poses and I absolutely loved it. However they can also have a ton of fun together. Their wedding day had a lot of that beautiful, true emotion but it also had a lot of lightheartedness - especially during the "shoe game" at the reception :) Ashley and John are total sweethearts - the day after their wedding they donated their flowers to a hospital and the Ronald McDonald House. I don't think it gets any more selfless and loving than that and I know they have many joyous years in front of them.
