Abbey and Lane’s engagement session in Palo Duro Canyon was sheer perfection. It doesn’t get any more beautiful than these two! The way they interacted with each other, laughed, and kissed, you would also have no idea it was like 49 degrees and windy that day! They traveled up from Lubbock to spend a couple of hours in the canyon with me this April. At first it was supposed to be a couple’s session, but in between booking me and the actual session, Lane proposed to Abbey!

These two are so sweet together and I loved getting to know them and their personalities!

Also, even though I have taken pictures in the canyon dozens (if not hundreds) of times, it always feels new to me because of the people I have the honor of capturing. Every love story, every family, every person is unique. The picturesque background of Palo Duro Canyon will always be my favorite place to tell these stories.
